Donald Trump for President

UPDATE 5-18:
Donald Trump has broken the record for most Republican Primary votes Ever, there are still many more votes to come. There is No divide in the Republican Party. The Donald represents and is supported by the Republican party as much, if not more, than any Republican candidate in history. Ever since he came down the escalator and called Mexican’s rapists, he has been their leader. Do not believe the propaganda from the media or your uninformed Facebook friends.

If you think he can’t win, you are wrong. Unfortunately, the likely competitor has the dubious honor of being the most unfavorable Democratic candidate in history and is also under federal investigation (unlike Benghazi this is something to worry about). Knowing this election will be decided by independents (42% of registered voters) and the Bernie dominates with independents, the establishment has chosen to the roll the dice with our future. Trump is already tied with Hillary in a lot of the polls. Vegas has Trump at about 30% chance of becoming President. Sweet Dreams……

UPDATE 12-22
It is too hard to continue updating this blog every time Trump says something stupid. So I'll just recap the last couple months:
Wants to ban a religion from entering America.
He wants to force a religion to register in a database.
Made fun of a disabled person by mimicking them.
Wants to kill the children, parents, grandparents, and siblings of suspected terrorist.
Since those comments he's been surging in the polls.

UPDATE 9-15
Donald Trump update:
In an interview with Rolling Stone talking about his DAUGHTER Ivanka, "Yeah, she's really something, and what a beauty, that one. If I weren't happily married and, ya know, her father"
The best part, this isn't the first time. In a 2006 interview on the view, "I don't think Ivanka would do that, although she does have a very nice figure. I've said if Ivanka weren't my daughter, perhaps I'd be dating her."
I'm pretty sure this will help him. A lot of his supporters come from areas where they firmly believe incest is best.

UPDATE 7-22:
After soaring in the polls by calling Mexicans rapists and Jed Bush's wife an illegal Mexican, what does Donald do to further win over the hearts and minds of Republicans?

Donald Trump speaking about John McCain, "He’s not a war hero. He’s a war hero because he was captured. I like people that weren’t captured.”

You might think that he's gone too far. Calling Mexican's rapists is one thing, but Conservatives love the military. No way he can get away with this..... He is now numero uno in the most recent poll.

Before you start asking yourself how this can be, let's not forget how Bush beat McCain in the 2000 primary. Bush spread lies that claimed Mccain had fathered a black child out of wedlock , his wife Cindy was a drug addict, he was a homosexual, and that he was a "Manchurian Candidate" traitor or
mentally unstable from his North Vietnam POW days.
Or when Bush spent millions attacking John Kerry's service record for the 2004 election.
Or when the Republicans attacked Max Cleveland a triple amputee.
The list goes on.....

So if you really think the Conservative Party respects veterans then I got some beach front property in Nebraska I'd like to sell you. What they really love are guys that were born into some of the most privileged families in the history of the world.
George Bush, Mitt Romney, and now the latest front runner to be born on the gravy train, inherited 200 million dollars from his rich Daddy real estate tycoon, filed corporate bankruptcy 4 times, got 4 deferments from the Vietnam War, and managed to be declared unfit for war due to *bone spurs on his heals despite being a baseball-tennis-squash star that was scouted by the Boston Red Sox.

*According to WebMD treatment for bone spurs could include rest, ice, stretching, and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen.

Here's a few things about Kerry and McCain if you are interested.
John Kerry was awarded the Purple Heart, Bronze Star and Silver Star.
An account of McCain's capture in Vietnam:

His plane was crashing down after being hit by a rocket. He escaped by bailing out upside down at high speed, the force of the ejection broke both arms, one leg, and knocked him unconscious. McCain nearly drowned after parachuting into Trúc Bạch Lake in Hanoi; the weight of his equipment was pulling him down, and as he regained consciousness, he could not use his arms. Eventually, he was able to inflate his life vest using his teeth. A mob pulled him ashore gathered around, spat on him, kicked him, and stripped him of his clothes; his left shoulder was crushed with the butt of a rifle and he was bayoneted in his left foot and abdominal area.

He was then tortured and thrown in solitary confinement for the next several years. Because he was the son of an Admiral he was offered release from the prison. He refused to leave the prison before his fellow soldiers, which were captured before him, were released first.
Mccain has many flaws as Senator, most notably attempting to place Sarah Palin a heartbeat away from the presidency. While, everyone can agree that he nor anyone who voted to put Palin a heartbeat from the Presidency shouldn’t be allowed to vote ever again, his war record is flawless.

Some Quick Math on Inheritance:
If you inherit 200 million dollars, take an hour out of your day to go to the bank and invest that money in the S&P, in about 22 years you will have 1,600 million dollars. This is based on an average historical return of about 10%.

Original Post: On Monday Donald Trump announced he was running for president. He and his staff presumably spent months preparing a speech and picking the exact words that would resonate with Republican voters. What did they come up with?

First he spent about 10 minutes talking about how rich he is. Then he dropped this wonderful nugget,
"When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending the best. They're not sending you, they're sending people that have lots of problems and they're bringing those problems. They're bringing drugs, they're bringing crime. They're rapists and some, I assume, are good people, but I speak to border guards and they're telling us what we're getting."

It's a shame that these are the kinds of things you have to say to appeal to the Republican base.

Side Note: The crowd that came to see him was filled with paid actors.

After these comments the Donald was second in the polls for the Republican Party Presidential Nominee. Think about that for a second. A guy gets on tv and calls Mexicans drug dealers, criminals and rapist and the Republican Party loves it. How can one not be ashamed to be a Republican?
