3 Things Not To Do When Accused Of Pedophilia

Jerry Sandusky has been accused of 40 counts of sexually abusing young boys. This is a horrible crime and there is nothing funny about molestation. However, it is my job to instruct. The way the defense has handled this case has left a blue print for what not to do when accused of sexual abuse. If you ever find yourself in this situation and you are innocent here's 3 things not to do.

1. Do not hire a lawyer who is also child molester.

Fact: Sandusky's original lawyer Joe Amendola impregnated a 16 year old girl when he was 49.

Note: In a TV interview he said he would trust Sandusky to be alone with his kids. Too which the mother of his children immediately posted on Facebook.

 "OMG, did Joe just say that he would allow my kids to be alone with Jerry Sandusky?"

2. Do not do a TV interview. However, if you do and are asked this question: are you sexually attracted to young boys? Do Not answer in this manner.

BOB COSTAS:
Are you sexually attracted to young boys, to underage boys?

JERRY SANDUSKY:
Am I sexually attracted to underage boys?

BOB COSTAS:
Yes.

JERRY SANDUSKY:
(Long pause to think). Sexually attracted, (pause) you know, (pause) I enjoy young people. (Pause) I love to be around them. (Pause) But no I'm not sexually attracted to young boys.

correct answer is NO or Hell No.

3. An old man showering with young boys is wrong. If you already admitted this cut your losses and do not offer an explanation. However, if your lawyer insists make sure his public statement does not sound like this:  

"Some of these kids don't have basic hygiene skills. Teaching a person to shower at the age of 12 or 14 sounds strange to some people, but people who work with troubled youth will tell you there are a lot of juvenile delinquents and people who are dependent who have to be taught basic life skills, like how to put soap on their body." Some say this is mere coincidence but most considered this a sign of my subconscious power on the collective consciousness.
